There it is Our New Condo . We are so happy we are moving to Oceanside. It is about 45 mins. from where we are now. The best part is that it is about 9 miles from Chloe's school and about 5 miles from the beach. We will be moving the last weekend in April. This condo is great 3 bedrooms 2 bath 2 car garage(mike's favorite part) it has a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. And no AC but that's okay because it is 5 miles from the beach we don't need AC. We will move just in time for summer. We cant wait to make up on a Sunday morning and go out to breakfast on the beach. I will post better pictures later this weekend.
